Overthinking and perfectionism often look like being driven, responsible, or “on top of things.” Internally, they can feel exhausting, constant mental noise, self-criticism, difficulty resting, and a sense that nothing is ever quite enough.

Therapy for overthinking and perfectionism focuses on understanding where these patterns come from and how they are affecting your nervous system, relationships, and sense of self. Together, we work to slow the internal pressure, reduce self-criticism, and build a more grounded, flexible way of relating to yourself and the world around you.
