At this time, our practice primarily operates on a self-pay basis, which means we do not bill insurance directly, but rather through third-party platforms.
We’ve chosen this approach so your care can remain private, flexible, and centered around your needs, without the limitations or requirements often set by insurance companies. This allows our clinicians to focus on what truly supports your growth, rather than working within restrictive guidelines or diagnoses.
At times, a limited number of insurance-based spots may be available with select clinicians, typically held by established clients. Availability may change, and we’re always happy to discuss current options.
If you choose to work with a provider who is not in network, you may be eligible to use your insurance by using your out-of-network benefits. We provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance provider, depending on your plan.
Many insurance plans offer out-of-network reimbursement for therapy, sometimes up to 60-80% of the session costs after your deductible is met.

Session fees vary depending on the service provided and the clinician you are working with. Individual therapy sessions typically range from $90 to $250 depending on the clinician and length of session.
We are happy to discuss fees during your consultation to ensure clarity and alignment before beginning services.
Individual Sessions are 50 mins. in length unless otherwise specified. Ex: half sessions & extended sessions can be accommodated.
We meet with the majority of our clients on a weekly basis. We ask that all new clients commit to meeting weekly for at least the first 6 weeks. This will allow us to start off on a strong foot, so you can start seeing progress right away. We may recommend that we increase or decrease the frequency of sessions to best meet your needs.
