Like most specialty providers, we do not participate in insurance plans directly.

We’ve chosen this approach so your care can remain private, flexible, and centered around your needs, without the limitations or requirements often set by insurance companies. This allows us to focus on what truly supports your growth, rather than working within restrictive guidelines or diagnoses.

You may be eligible for out-of-network reimbursement depending on your plan. A superbill can be provided upon request.

Out-of-Network Benefits

Many insurance plans offer out-of-network reimbursement for therapy, sometimes up to 60-80% of the session costs after your deductible is met.

If applicable, we can provide a Superbill for you to submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement.

We recommend contacting your insurance company directly to verify your mental health benefits.

  • Like most specialty providers, we do not participate in insurance plans directly. Unlike most specialty providers, we simplify the process by checking your out-of-network benefits during your consultation call and offering to handle insurance reimbursement on your behalf.

    In our experience, reimbursement rates are generally between 60-80% of the session costs after your deductible is met.

    We also give you the option of only paying your out-of-network copay instead of paying the full fee upfront for a 5% fee, which goes directly to our reimbursement processing servicer. Here are some additional questions to ask your insurance provider:

  • You may be eligible for reimbursement through your out of network benefits. Our practice provides a monthly statement, also known as a superbill, that you can submit directly to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. We encourage clients to contact their insurance provider to better understand their out of network mental health coverage, deductible, and reimbursement rates.

  • Individual Sessions are 50 mins. in length unless otherwise specified. Ex: half sessions & extended sessions can be accommodated.

  • We meet with the majority of our clients on a weekly basis. We ask that all new clients commit to meeting weekly for at least the first 6 weeks. This will allow us to start off on a strong foot, so you can start seeing progress right away. We may recommend that we increase or decrease the frequency of sessions to best meet your needs.

  • Our approach is solutions-focused and insight-oriented, meaning you won’t have to be in therapy forever. Many of our clients find that they’ve met their goals in 3-6 months and no longer need therapy. However, we also have clients who choose to remain in therapy for much longer; they have seen improvements and still really enjoy having ongoing support and a place to process their thoughts and feelings each week.
  • We employ a variety of therapeutic approaches to ensure each client receives personalized care. We utilize evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), among others. Our focus on collaboration helps clients feel supported and empowered throughout their therapeutic journey, enhancing the overall effectiveness of the treatment.

  • Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis for college students depending on current caseload.
