Does it feel like weekly 50-minute sessions haven’t been enough to help you live the life you want? At Lifeway Counseling & Consulting, we offer a tailored approach designed for those who seek deeper insights and lasting change. We work closely with individuals, couples, and families to address complex challenges and foster personal development. Experience a supportive environment that encourages exploration and growth, helping you to break free from limitations and embrace a fulfilling life.
Together, we begin by identifying recurring emotional, behavioral, and relational patterns that may be contributing to distress, burnout, overthinking, or disconnection. This phase focuses on increasing self-awareness, emotional insight, and understanding the deeper roots of these patterns.
Intensives incorporate grounding techniques, emotional processing, nervous system support, and coping strategies designed to help clients feel more emotionally regulated, supported, and connected to themselves throughout the process.
The final phase focuses on strengthening the relationship with yourself through boundaries, self-trust, emotional integration, body connection, and personalized action steps designed to support lasting change beyond the intensive experience.
Therapy Intensives are thoughtfully designed for women seeking a more focused, immersive, and personalized therapeutic experience than traditional weekly therapy. Intensives provide the opportunity to slow down, gain deeper insight into recurring patterns, and create meaningful momentum in a supportive and structured format.
Each intensive is tailored to your unique goals, experiences, and emotional needs using my signature ARC Framework: Awareness, Regulation, and Connection.

Therapy Intensives are offered virtually for clients located in Florida, Michigan, and Virginia.
A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your intensive dates. Limited availability may be available for weekend and extended-hours intensives, which may include an adjusted rate due to scheduling availability and scheduling demmands.
