Therapy & Support Groups
Sometimes healing happens not only through individual therapy, but also through connecting with others who understand what you're going through.Therapy groups provide a supportive space to learn new skills, gain insight, receive encouragement, and realize that you are not alone in your experiences. Many people find that hearing the stories of others, sharing their own experiences, and receiving support within a group setting can be a powerful part of the healing process.

At Lifeway Counseling & Consulting, groups are designed to be intentional, supportive, and focused on meaningful growth. Each group combines education, guided discussion, reflection, and practical tools that participants can apply in their daily lives.

Whether you are struggling with anxiety, overthinking, perfectionism, body image concerns, relationship patterns, life transitions, or self-esteem challenges, groups can offer an opportunity to deepen your understanding of yourself while building connection with others who share similar experiences.

What to Expect

Each group is thoughtfully structured and may include:

• Psychoeducation and skill-building
• Guided discussions and therapeutic processing
• Reflection exercises and worksheets
• Practical tools and coping strategies
• Support and encouragement from others in a similar season of life
• A safe, confidential, and judgment-free environment

Groups are offered virtually and are kept intentionally small to allow for meaningful participation and connection.

Who Groups Are For

Groups may be a good fit if you:

• Feel isolated in your struggles and want support from others who understand
• Enjoy learning in a collaborative environment
• Want additional support alongside individual therapy
• Are looking for a more affordable therapeutic option than individual therapy alone
• Are motivated to learn, grow, and engage in the therapeutic process

Interested in Joining a Group?

If you are interested in learning more about current or upcoming therapy groups, complete the contact form or schedule a consultation. I'd be happy to help determine whether a group is the right fit for your needs and goals.

You don't have to navigate these challenges alone. Growth and healing can happen in community.
